Fantastic September weather continues Tuesday, with abundant sunshine and warm highs in the 80s. A passing cloud or two may be seen, but other than that, not much. Another clear and cool night is expected, with temperatures a few degrees higher than Monday night.
The quiet weather pattern continues Wednesday, with sunshine, low humidity and seasonably warm highs in the lower to middle 80s.
Another dry and comfortably warm day is expected Thursday, with middle and higher level clouds increasing during the afternoon and evening hours.
Dry weather will round out the second week of September, with seasonably warm highs in the lower 80s on Friday. While more cloud cover is expected, precipitation should not enter the mix.
No big changes to the current weather pattern are expected for the weekend. The dry weather pattern rolls on, with continued abnormally dry to moderate drought conditions observed across the D.C. region. Plan for seasonally average temperatures, with cool mornings followed by comfortably warm afternoons.
